Short Term Leave of Absence Request

Short-term Leave of Absence requests are submitted when a student's circumstances require exceeding the allowed absence limit, or if a student needs to miss two (2) or more consecutive rehearsals. These requests are handled case-by-case and may not be readily accommodated.
